About Me...

Welcome to Mindhaven Counselling. As a mom of four children, teacher and counsellor, I understand how life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times. My path began in education, but my calling to make a deeper impact led me to complete a Master's of Counselling Psychology, to become a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering support that is trauma-informed, person-centred, and solution-focused. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood, while also helping you build practical tools for change. Whether you are navigating trauma, relationship shifts, communication struggles, or the stresses of daily life, I offer flexible and accessible counselling—virtually, with evening and weekend availability—so support fits into your schedule. At Mindhaven, you’ll find a place where healing, growth, and resilience are possible.
