Sessions Offered...
Consultation - 15 minutes

This free, 15-minute consultation is a chance for us to connect, answer any questions you may have, and see if we're the right fit to work together. It’s not a counselling session, but an opportunity to talk about your needs, learn about the process, and explore how I can best support you. There’s no pressure to commit—just a space to see if this feels like the right step forward for you.
Intake Session - 50 minutes

An intake session is the first step in our work together. During this session, we'll dive deeper into your background, current challenges, and goals for counselling. I'll gather important information to understand your needs and help us set a foundation for future sessions. This is also a time for you to ask questions, discuss any concerns, and get a clearer sense of the counselling process. Together, we'll create a plan that aligns with your personal goals, and from there, we’ll begin the work of supporting your journey toward healing and growth.
Individual Counselling Session - 50 minutes

This session is for continued support as we work together on your personal growth and healing. Whether you're managing stress, navigating life transitions, or exploring deeper emotional challenges, we'll build on our previous sessions to focus on your evolving needs and goals. Each session is tailored to you, offering a safe space to reflect, gain insights, and develop strategies for lasting change.
Couples Counselling Session - 50 or 80 minutes

Relationships can be deeply meaningful and deeply challenging. When communication breaks down, trust feels shaken, or conflict becomes stuck, it can be hard to find your way back to each other without support. I offer couples counselling informed by the Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach. I have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and integrate Gottman-based, research-informed interventions into my work with couples. This approach emphasizes building friendship and emotional connection, improving communication, increasing respect and affection, and developing healthier ways of managing conflict.

Couples work typically begins with a structured assessment process, followed by ongoing therapy sessions tailored to your relationship’s specific strengths and challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Whether you are navigating ongoing conflict, emotional distance, life transitions, or a desire to strengthen your relationship, couples counselling can offer a supportive space to better understand one another and build more secure and satisfying patterns together.
Family Therapy Session - 50 or 80 minutes

In a family counselling session, we’ll work together to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen family bonds. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking to improve overall family dynamics, this session provides a safe space for everyone to express their feelings, understand each other’s perspectives, and develop healthier ways of interacting. My role is to facilitate constructive conversations, create a sense of unity, and help your family build stronger, more supportive relationships.
